I think I have finally discovered how I can always be in a good mood.
Sleep in. Seriously. I have found that on days when I get to lay in bed until 8:00 am without feeling the stress of forcing myself awake I am a much happier and patient person, which really help with the daily mothering I am currently working on. The awesome thing? If Jeremy gets Tayvin breakfast, I usually do get to sleep in. Brooke often sleeps until 8am, sometimes later, and I really need that extra hour of I'm partially awake but really don't want to get out of bed.
The scientific equation of this theory is as follows: Sleep = Happy.
Sleep till 8am?? I wish!! :)
